After having our last child I decided it was time to get back into shape. I felt that getting a personal trainer would be most effective for me and Nic Laidlaw came highly recommended.Nic’s attitude is very positive and we work together to achieve my personal goal of feeling better and to lose the extra weight gained whilst pregnant.His sessions are all different which keeps me guessing and Nic really encourages me to do a little bit more each session to get an even better result.Nic is sensitive to the fact that sometimes my kids want to join in. My son has been training with nic for about one year now. He has been a keen and enthusiastic surfer for a couple of years. Since he started his early morning fitness training with nic he can see how beneficial it has been to his performance in the surf, not to mention his overall fitness.
